Im a therapeutic coach and mindfulness-based therapist with over 25 years of experience supporting people through moments of change, healing, and reconnection. My work is grounded in mindfulness and compassion, creating a gentle, steady space where you can meet yourself with honesty, kindness, and curiosity.
As a qualified and experienced nature-based therapist, I integrate evidence-informed approaches that draw on the grounding and regulating qualities of the natural world. For many clients, being outdoors or alongside horses offers a sense of ease and spaciousness that supports deeper insight. Youre welcome to work with me in nature, and sessions are equally available in my office or online via Zoom. Research supports that the principles behind nature-based therapysensory awareness, grounding, and imaginal worktranslate effectively indoors and online, meaning we can weave nature into our sessions wherever we meet.
My approach is relational, intuitive, and integrative. Alongside mindfulness and compassion-based work, I draw on parts-based exploration informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Transactional Analysis (TA). I also incorporate EFT, breathwork, Reiki (direct lineage to Dr Usui), NLP, Nonviolent Communication, and embodied coaching tools that support regulation, presence, and resilience.
I support clients through many of lifes meaningful transitions, including:
moving into parenthood, including support for new mothers
career change, promotion, burnout, or rediscovery
menopause and midlife transformation
identity shifts, confidence, and self-worth
grief, anxiety, emotional overwhelm
navigating empty nest, retirement, or later-life change
times of feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of the next step
My background includes senior roles in learning and development, a Masters in Mindfulness-Based Approaches (Bangor University), professional training in Nature-Based Therapy, Equine Facilitated Learning, Performance Coaching, a Postgraduate Diploma in Postnatal Group Facilitation, and certification in Mum and Baby Yoga. This breadth allows me to offer a therapeutic space that is grounded, compassionate, and practicalsupporting what matters most to you.
At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to offer a safe, warm, and steady space where you feel supported to reconnect with your inner wisdom, deepen resilience, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and whole.
