Psychological support and guidance for issues related to emotional regulation, anxiety , depression, grief and loss, relationship difficulties and trauma.
Psychological consultations are exclusively for adults via video call (Zoom).
My approach is holistic, considering the interconnectedness of the body, mind, emotions, and spirit, offering a comprehensive and integrative perspective for healing and personal growth.
Additionally, Reiki sessions are available for individuals of all ages to help promote relaxation, balance energy, and support healing at a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
