I am a British, UK-trained Chartered Counselling Psychologist and Existential Therapist, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and British Psychological Society (BPS). I work between London, Luxembourg and Dubai, and run Kindly Now Psychology, a UK-based practice offering specialist psychological programmes.
My work centres on helping people navigate change, identity shifts and the emotional impact of loss, transition and recovery. While my specialism is in addiction and recovery, I also support clients across the broader spectrum of human experience and complex life phases. I offer individual therapy as well as relationship counselling for those seeking to restore clarity and connection or to find a constructive way forward when paths begin to diverge.
My experience includes NHS services and specialist addiction settings in the UK, as well as private practice with clients across many regions, including the UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. This breadth of experience has shaped a practice that is both psychologically refined and culturally attuned. My work blends clinical depth and discernment with a grounded human approach, supporting clients to cultivate coherence, integrity and a more deliberate way of living.
