As a physiotherapist, I believe movement is not just physical; its a reflection of how we live, think, and connect with ourselves.
My work focuses on understanding the person as a whole not just the injury, but the environment, the emotions, and the habits that shape each body.

For me, physiotherapy isnt just about fixing pain. Its about understanding why the body reacts the way it does physically, emotionally, and even socially.
Every person has a story behind their pain, and my role is to help them reconnect with their body, move better, and feel stronger in their daily life.

At OptimaCARE, the clinics I founded in Luxembourg, we built a team that shares the same philosophy. We bring together physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors , podologue, psychologist and coaches who look at each person as a whole
Not a diagnosis, but a human being with their own rhythm, habits, and story.

In ours two clinics and growing multidisciplinary team. Our focus is on constant improvement in collaboration between specialists.
