As a general practitioner, I support my patients with acute and chronic health concerns, as well as preventive care, with a clear, practical and professional approach.

Medical services:
- Adults: Comprehensive primary and preventive care.
- Children: Acute illnesses only.
*Note: I do not currently provide routine well-child check-ups (bilan de santé).*
- Home visits: For patients with reduced mobility, by prior arrangement.

Practical information:
- Accessibility: The practice is on the 2nd floor (no lift).
- Entrance: Please use the side entrance of the building (Genewo Business Centre).
- What to bring: Please bring your CNS card or ID and briefly state the reason for your visit when booking.

Cancellations:
- Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged and are not reimbursed by the CNS.

Emergencies:
- For life-threatening situations, call 112.
- Outside consultation hours, please contact the Maison Médicale.

- Kinder: Behandlung ausschließlich bei akuten Beschwerden.
*Hinweis: Derzeit biete ich keine routinemäßigen Vorsorgeuntersuchungen für Kinder (bilan de santé) an.*
- Hausbesuche: Für Patientinnen und Patienten mit eingeschränkter Mobilität nach vorheriger Absprache.

Wichtige Informationen:
- Zugang: Die Praxis befindet sich im 2. Stock (kein Aufzug).
- Eingang: Bitte benutzen Sie den Seiteneingang des Gebäudes (Genewo Business Centre).
- Bitte mitbringen: Ihre CNS-Karte oder einen Ausweis. Bei der Terminbuchung geben Sie bitte kurz den Grund Ihres Besuchs an.

Terminabsagen:
- Bitte sagen Sie Termine mindestens 12 Stunden im Voraus ab. Kurzfristige Absagen oder nicht wahrgenommene Termine können in Rechnung gestellt werden und sind nicht von der CNS erstattungsfähig.

Notfälle:
- In lebensbedrohlichen Situationen rufen Sie bitte den Notruf 112 an.

Servicios médicos:
- Adultos: Atención médica integral y preventiva.
- Niños: Atención por procesos agudos.
*Nota: No realizo revisiones rutinarias del niño sano (bilan de santé).*
- Visitas a domicilio: Para pacientes con movilidad reducida, previo acuerdo.

- Qué debe traer: Por favor, traiga su tarjeta CNS o un documento de identidad e indique brevemente el motivo de la consulta al reservar la cita.

Cancelaciones:
- Por favor, cancele la cita al menos con 12 horas de antelación. Las cancelaciones tardías o las inasistencias pueden facturarse y no son reembolsables por la CNS.

Urgencias:
- En caso de urgencia vital, llame al 112.
