I work with individuals and families who are sufferingemotionally, relationally, or inwardlyand who sense that life could feel different, lighter, and more meaningful than it currently does.

My work is rooted in deep self-awareness, emotional healing, and self-integration. I support people in understanding the inner patterns that shape their pain, relationships, and parenting, and in gently transforming these patterns rather than fighting or suppressing them.

With extensive experience in coaching, personal development, and relational work, I help individuals reconnect with their inner strength, clarity, and capacity for love. With families and parents, I focus on improving child-parent relationships by increasing emotional attunement, presence, and conscious communicationcreating safer, more loving environments for children to grow.

At the heart of my work is a simple truth: people are not broken. They are powerful, sensitive, and resilientbut have often lost sight of this through lifes challenges. My role is to offer a safe, compassionate space where insight, healing, and real change can unfold at a pace that feels right.
