I offer a safe space in Dudelange or online for anyone navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, or emotional pain.
If you feel lost, disconnected, or overwhelmed, this space is here to help you find balance, clarity, and peace again.
My approach combines holistic psychology and energy healing, addressing body, mind, and emotions as one.
Through gentle, integrative work whether through talking therapy, relaxation techniques, or Reiki we create space for real healing and transformation.
Based in Dudelange, I also welcome clients from Bettembourg, Esch-sur-Alzette, and Luxembourg City, as well as online from anywhere.
Psychology sessions are for adults only.
Reiki sessions are available for all ages to support energy balance, relaxation, and emotional regulation.
No reimbursement by the CNS.
