Beschreibung

I am a psychologist (BSc, MSc, PhD) specialized in childhood trauma and its long-term impact on health and well-being, including chronic pain. I work with children, adolescents, and adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have completed a 4-year advanced psychotherapy training through the European Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies (EABCT training and accreditation), ensuring that my practice follows evidence-based protocols and international standards.

CBT is a well-researched, time-limited therapy (typically 15-20 sessions) and is effective for a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and physical health difficulties, including:

- Anxiety and panic episodes
- Phobias (e.g., social phobia, agoraphobia)
- Chronic fatigue
- Depression
- Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
- Eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia)
- Sexual and relationship difficulties
- Emotional and behavioral problems in children and adolescents
- Physical health challenges
- Chronic pain
- Anger management
- Substance or alcohol-related problems
- Learning-related challenges
- Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
-`Sleep disorders

Each session is tailored to your personal needs, helping you develop practical strategies, improve daily functioning, and support long-term well-being. Consultations are available in person or online.
