En m'appuyant sur les techniques de l'approche Neurocognitive et Comportamentale et les dernières constatations provenant de la recherche dans les sciences cognitives et comportementales, je vous accompagne le long d'un parcours de développement personnel ayant comme but une amélioration de votre harmonie intérieure et de vos relations avec les autres.
Suite à un premier entretien de découverte d'une durée de 30 minutes (gratuit et sans engagement), nous établissons les modalités de l'accompagnement sur la base de vos besoins et disponibilités. Les séances se font par visio-consultation et ont une durée approximative de 60-75 minutes.

Based on the techniques of the Neurocognitive and Behavioural approach and the latest findings from research in cognitive and behavioural sciences, I will guide you through a personal development path with the aim of improving your inner harmony and your relationships with others.
Following an initial 30 minute discovery meeting (free of charge and non-binding), we will establish together the terms of the collaboration, depending on your needs and availabilities. Sessions are offered by videoconference and last approximately 60-75 minutes.
