Experienced therapist in helping people with a range of emotional and psychological difficulties including anxiety, depression, panic attacks, low self-esteem, relationship problems, traumas, addictions, eating disorders, identity issues and psychosomatic symptoms.
My practice focuses on Gestalt methods, SFT (Solution Focused Therapy) and integrates body therapy/body-centered approach (upon client's agreement). I believe the best way to solve any difficulties is to address them.
Most probably, I meet you under challenging periods of your life, and I am here to support you and give you tools, so you can regain your health, confidence, balanced and fulfilling life.

If you have never worked with a Therapist before, making the first step is often the hardest. In order to make this process easier, you can book a first INTRO non-binding (20 min & free of charge) video CALL. Alternatively, you can directly book a First session and we can immediately get started. Once we meet online, we can further arrange in-person sessions.
Session Duration: 50 minutes
Location: Luxembourg city and online.
Frequency: Sessions usually take place at the same time every week. However, it is always adapted to your preference and needs. It is quite common for clients to fluctuate over time in terms of session frequency, based on where they are at and their needs.
Languages: English and Lithuanian are my working languages. Common knowledge of French, German, Russian in case it might help you to better express yourself.
Duration of cooperation:
Long-term therapy: this is a meaningful inner journey with a therapist, usually lasting several years.
Short-term therapy: focused on a specific problem, usually lasting from 10 to 30 sessions.
