A lasting change happens at the level of our bodies as this is where our most deeply engrained habits, experiences, and interpretations of the world are rooted.

Because change and progress, but also roadblocks and challenges happen also in between the sessions, what's unique in my work with clients is that you have MY FULL SUPPORT IN BETWEEN THE SESSIONS via email, messenger, or short phone calls for accountability, acute stress or anxiety relief, relationship conflicts etc.
Traditional therapy and coaching mostly involve intellectual processes, like cognitively understanding our experiences, mindset work and action plans.
But they often don’t go much deeper than that, and clients quickly find themselves back in the same old patterns.
The body-centered approach involves a unique blend of traditional methods, but it takes this step further and includes also the body-centered therapeutic work to create a highly tailored and safe space for a deep and lasting change.
In our work together I’ll invite you into inner explorations that involve both, your body and mind, so you can better understand yourself and find powerful ways to generate change internally and externally.

NOTE: In Luxembourg, psychotherapy is supported by the CNS but somatic therapy is not yet reimbursed by CNS. Some private insurers might be able to provide partial coverage depending on their terms.

MINDFULNESS COURSE:
As a certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction trainer, I offer trauma informed mindfulness courses to individuals and groups.
The course involves meeting weekly over 8 weeks.
Through guided meditations, dialogue, individually tailored instructions and home assignments, you will learn the essential principles of mindfulness and techniques to build your personal home practice, build resilience to stress, learn how to regulate you emotions, calm your busy mind, and access the wide-ranging benefits well beyond the course.
