I can help you navigate your thoughts and emotions, to find a way out of self-doubt, self-criticism, low self-esteem, anxiety and any unhelpful behaviours.
My goal is to lead you to more self-awareness, self-love and finding what may be missing in your life.
My background is in therapeutic coaching and always focuses on the body-mind connection. Every patient is different and so will be your individual journey.
We always start in the present, with the behaviours, thoughts and emotions that concern you and that you might want to change. Here the first step is to bring awareness to you, so that you understand the patterns that are (unconsciously) running. This is already a big achievement!
Through a step-by-step process we can identify the origins of the maladaptive responses and the belief system it created. I’ll then guide you to find the values, beliefs and behaviours that are aligned to your authentic self and to anchor them in your life.
There is an immense tool-box available so that we can find the best frameworks to help you. These can be helpful outside of our sessions as well.

Fees: The journey starts with a free discovery call. At this point the sessions themselves are donation-based. You pay what you feel like or not at all.
